As we step into 2026, we stand on a liminal threshold - a doorway between the completion of what was and the infinite possibility of what can be. While the world often focuses on rigid resolutions, I invite you to join me in a different kind of practice: Soulful Renewal. This year isn't about "fixing" who you are; it’s about listening to the wisdom already residing within you and clearing the path for your light to shine even brighter. Think of it as a cosmic returning; we aren't changing the instrument, we are simply clearing the resonance so your life can vibrate at its highest, clearest frequency once again."

How to Start 2026 with Positive Intentions
Ready to invite positive energy into your life? To usher in a year filled with positive energy, consider setting aside a quiet moment on December 31st or January 1st for introspection. Choose 5-10 intentions for 2025 and write them down. Store this list in a place where you can easily access it. Then 6 or 12 months later re-visit your list.
For those intentions that haven't materialized, reflect on the potential barriers that may have obstructed your path. This reflective practice can provide valuable insights into your goals and help you refine your approach for the future. By examining your progress and identifying obstacles, you can set yourself up for a year of growth and fulfillment.

This January Full Moon is yet another “Supermoon” which means it appears larger in the sky.s. January’s full Moon came to be known as the Wolf Moon because wolves were more likely to be heard howling at this time. It was traditionally believed that wolves howled due to hunger during winter, but we know today that isn’t accurate. Howling and other wolf vocalizations are heard in the wintertime to locate pack members, reinforce social bonds, define territory, and coordinate hunting. Source: The Farmer’s Almanac
Our Crystal of the Month - Emerald
Emerald usually a gorgeous vibrant green is a stone of new beginnings, balance, love, and renewal, making it a stone of the heart chakra. It is associated with fostering emotional healing, compassion, and deep, faithful love, as well as symbolizing new beginnings and prosperity. Beyond love, it is also seen as a stone of protection against negative energy, an amplifier of intuition, and a conduit for wisdom and focus.
To access the energy of this stone, you can either focus on an image of the stone or hold a piece of it in your hand. As you do so, visualize the stone's grounding energy flowing through your body, bringing you a sense of calm, balance, and clarity. Once you have that energy flowing, invite in a new spiritual expansion or awareness.
