COVID-19 Updates regarding the Rose Healing Center.

Rose Healing Center fully Re-opened as of 5/19/21

Beginning on May 19, 2021 Governor Cuomo announed there will also be no occupancy limits on gyms, barbershops, personal services, spas museums, amusement parks, and several other previously restricted businesses. Rose Healing Center is part of these categories of businesses. So we are pleased to announce that we are fully re-opening. However, we will be continuing many of the enhanced cleaning protocols established during the pandemic.

What is no longer required: You are no longer required to wear a mask to enter Rose Healing (if you wish to wear a mask of course you are welcome to do so.) There will no longer be temperature checks each time you enter. You will no longer be required to fill out a COVID-19 form in advance of a session.

Please be aware of the following protocols which will remain post-COVID:

  • All appointments (in person or virtual) will be asked to fill out a client intake form and and pay for all services online in advance.

  • We ask If you are feeling unwell, have a fever or a cough, or feel short of breath, please do not come in.   This is true for cold/flu as it was for COVID-19.

  • Enhanced cleaning protocols will remain in place.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available  

  • Essential oils will be diffused throughout the center.

We will continue to offer online remote session for those who prefer not to visit Rose Healing Center in person.   

Rose Healing Center’s COVID-19 Protocols starting 9/1/20 

Our have re-opened Rose Healing Center on a limited basis for in person private sessions as of 9/1/20.  When you return to our healing space, these are the new changes and ways we are utilizing to keep you and others safe. Our guidelines come from the CDC and OSHA.  We will use EPA suggested disinfectants as well as Essential Oils (and other natural) products.  We continue to offer virtual sessions for those who prefer that option.

Unfortunately even with the most rigorous sanitation protocols, enhanced client screening, and social distancing precautions, there is still risk of COVID-19 transmission involved.

Please be aware of the following:  

  • There will be fewer sessions available, as more time is needed between clients. 

  • Prior to any in person session we will be requiring clients to fill out our new COVID-19 Authorization Form and pay for all services online in advance

  • If you are feeling unwell, have a fever or a cough, or feel short of breath, please do not come in.  

  • You are invited to enter at the time of your appointment. We have an outdoor seating right outside our door or you are welcome to wait in your car for your appointed time. 

  • Masks must be worn as you enter and shoes come off as soon as you enter  

  • Hand sanitizer will be available  

  • Windows will be opened in between sessions.  

  • Essential oils will be diffused throughout the center.

  • Your temperature will be taken before the session. If your temperature is above 99.5, we will need to reschedule. 

  • Prior to your session, all paperwork and payments must be completed online in advance. 

We will continue to offer online remote session for those who prefer not to visit Rose Healing Center in person.

RHC & COVID19 as of 7/1/20:

On June 24, 2020 NYS Mid-Hudson Region entered Phase 3 reopening with stringent guidelines for certain personal service providers. The governors of NYS, NJ and CT jointly announced new mandatory 14 day quarantines for people traveling from certain other States to our area.

After taking time to digest all this new information and with the deep awareness that the COVID19 pandemic updates seem to change day-to-day, I have decided that Rose Healing Center will remain closed to physical clients at this time All of our services will continued to be offered virtually via zoom and over the phone. Rose Healing Center is located in the Mid-Hudson Region of NYS and as such, we remain PAUSED under NYS Gov. Cuomo’s orders to see clients in person. As of now, Rose Healing Center remains temporarily closed until further notice. All sessions are available virtually. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We will keep you updated.

As you know the COVID-19 situation is changing hour by hour and no longer day by day. I am deeply committed to the health and safety of my patrons and are following the recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and state and local authorities. Therefore I feel now is the time to take the next step to help flatten the curve of COVID-19.

Rose Healing Center will be TEMPORARILY CLOSING our physical location until further notice.  During this temporary shut down we will be:

I know this temporary closure is disappointing to my clients but I also know it is the responsible thing to do. Many of you are experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety, and fear.  To ease the stress, we will be offering all of our sessions remotely. It is very important that you stay positive and continue to employ self care for your own mental well-being as well as supporting your immune system. So, one of the best ways to remain healthy is to use the tools and practices you have to remain as calm and centered as possible. You are not alone. Rose Healing Center is here to help.
