Rosemary has been trained in person by Cheryl Banfield in the Love Light Illuminations system of energy. When we “Expand our Light Centers” we are working in this energy system. It is an extremely high frequency level of energy.

Rosemary has been Workshop Leader for “Living in the Light” an intensive 4 day virtual offering through Love Light Illuminations for several years now and is beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to train directly with the founder, Cheryl.

The Light Body is a sophisticated system that allows our physical being to hold the high vibration of our spirit, our light, in a physical way. It consists of many intricate aspects that simultaneously work together to access and filter divine light from source directly into the light body, and to convert that light into form, which allows it to be utilized by all aspects of our being for optimal health and wellness on all levels. This is a very fast frequency that often helps remove trauma from the body, mind and spirit.
