The theme this month—Joyfully Navigating—feels deeply timely. As I write this, many in our community of light are feeling anxious about what the future holds. When confronted with events beyond our control, it is completely natural to experience anxiety, overwhelm, or powerlessness.
In today’s fast-paced world, our minds absorb more information in a single day than we did even five years ago. November arrives as a gentle invitation to be more intentional about what you allow into your consciousness. Are you feeding an internal algorithm of fear and noise, or are you actively tuning into love, peace, and gratitude?
If you are seeking a held, sacred space to practice turning inward this month, join us in The Rose Sanctuary on Wednesday, November 18. Our focus for November is Replenishing, Integration, and Navigating the Holidays from Sacred Balance. In this 60-minute virtual group gathering, we work with the high-vibrational, heart-centered frequency of the rose to help you dissolve emotional armor, soothe your nervous system, and anchor a deep sense of peace inside.

November 3 – Election Day: Grounding Your Light at the Ballot Box
As we navigate a season of choices, Election Day on November 3 invites us to translate our inner values into conscious action. Please make a plan to VOTE. I especially want to call upon the women in our community of light: your vote is a sacred instrument of your spiritual power. For generations, our grandmothers, suffragettes, and ancestral mothers marched, sacrificed, and persevered so that we could have a seat at the table and a voice in our collective future. Susan B. Anthony once reminded us, "Someone struggled for your right to vote. Use it."

💎 November Crystal: Optical Calcite (Iceland Spar)
Optical Calcite
Optical Calcite is also known as Iceland Spar, and was originally discovered in Iceland, hence its name. It is a transparent form of Calcite, which often displays beautiful rainbows that flash in the light. It also displays the rare property of double refraction, so when placed over text it will show double the image, slightly offset. This beautiful crystal is most often seen in a colourless form, but it also forms in pink, peach and green tinged crystals.
Optical Calcite is believed to help individuals see the hidden or double meanings and can help to reduce tension migraines. It also acts as a powerful energy amplifier and cleanser, clearing negativity and speeding up development and growth. This crystal has strong spiritual energy and can aid and accelerate the development of higher awareness and psychic abilities.
