There are many ways to unlock our spiritual potential. Some of these ways include:
Meditation. Meditation is a powerful tool for quieting the mind and connecting with our inner selves.
Yoga. Yoga combines physical movement with breath work and meditation to create a holistic experience that can help us connect with our spiritual selves.
Nature. Spending time in nature can help us to feel more connected to the world around us and to our own inner divinity.
Service. Helping others is a great way to connect with our purpose in life and to feel more connected to something greater than ourselves.
Spiritual community. Finding a spiritual community that supports our journey can be a great way to connect with others who are on a similar path.
Unlocking our spiritual potential is a journey, not a destination. It is a process of continual growth and discovery. As we journey along, we may experience many challenges and setbacks. However, if we stay committed to our path, we will eventually reach our destination: a life of spiritual fulfillment and joy.
If you are interested in learning more about how to unlock your spiritual potential, please consider booking one of our virtual Intuitive Soul Guidance Sessions. I am happy to discuss your individual needs and to help you create a plan that is right for you.
Here are some additional tips for unlocking your spiritual potential:
Be open to new experiences. Don't be afraid to try new things, even if they seem outside of your comfort zone. You may be surprised at what you discover.
Be patient. It takes time and effort to unlock your spiritual potential. Don't get discouraged if you don't see results immediately. Just keep practicing and you will eventually reach your goals.
Be kind to yourself. This journey is all about self-discovery and self-love. Be patient with yourself and don't judge yourself along the way.
Remember, you are a spiritual being with infinite potential. Believe in yourself and never give up on your dreams.
Strawberry Full Moon is 6/3/23
On the evening of Saturday, June 3—just after sunset—look towards the southeast to watch the full Moon rise gently above the horizon. There, it will appear large and golden-hued. The full Moon names used by The Old Farmer’s Almanac come from a number of places, including Native American, Colonial American, and European sources. Historically, names for the full or new Moons were used to track the seasons. Today, we think of Moon names as “nicknames” for the Moon.
June’s full Moon—typically the last full Moon of spring or the first of summer—has traditionally been called the Strawberry Moon. While strawberries certainly are a reddish-pink color and are roundish in shape, the origin of the name “Strawberry Moon” has nothing to do with the Moon’s hue or appearance. A Moon usually appears reddish when it’s close to the horizon because the light rays must pass through the densest layers of atmosphere.
Summer Solstice is 6/21/23
The summer solstice occurs at the moment the earth's tilt toward the sun is at a maximum. Therefore, on the day of the summer solstice, the sun appears at its highest elevation. The summer solstice marks the first day of summer, when the sun reaches the highest point in the sky. The day is long, and the night is short. The sun is most potent on the summer solstice and is recognized as a time of powerful healing. The 2023 Summer Solstice will occur on June 21st in the Northern Hemisphere, and December 22nd in the Southern Hemisphere.
The word itself springs from two Latin words: 'Sol' (sun) and 'systre' (standing still.) On the day when the sun stands still in the sky, many ancient traditions – from the Aztecs to the Druids – gathered to celebrate the height of the sun's power. The summer solstice also marks a shift in the year. After the solstice, the sun's power starts to decrease, the days gradually shortening as we head towards the darker half of the year. Such is the humbling ebb and flow of nature.
The summer solstice is an opportunity to rejuvenate your spirit and reconnect with yourself and the natural world by creating solstice rituals where we linger in the power of the longest, lightest day of the year. Many ancient cultures had summer solstice rituals. In Europe, Neolithic people held solstice rituals to bring abundant harvests and keep evil away.
Crystal of the Month is Sodalite
This beautiful (usually) blue stone is said to be tied to the throat and third eye chakras. It's recognized for healing, meditation, wisdom and truth. Sodalite can help promote rational thoughts and objectivity — encouraging folks to develop an intuition based on this. This energy crystal can help with emotional balance as it enhances self-acceptance — and can help counter panic attacks.
Best stone for:
People who struggle with self-esteem and confidence. People who have a tough time taking an objective look at situations. This stone provides harmony during moments of stress and conflict. We can’t always avoid conflict with others, but we can work on communicating our truths as clearly, honestly, and as compassionately as possible to ensure the best possible outcome. Sodalite guides us on how to best proceed forward.
